Wow, that's a blast from the past. I remember these falls from my Roadway days visiting in Akron.

In answer to another reader's question, as Vince mentions, these falls are in the Akron, OH ared. This is the river that burned a long time ago from pollution in it.
One of the most interesting things about it to me is that about 1.5 miles away, the river comes to an area that looks like a pond where the water is almost completely still. Talk about change!
